Unique Luxury Escapes Around the World

Who doesn’t crave a little luxury in their lives? As Scott and I get older, we find ourselves enjoying the finer things in life more than we did when we were younger. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t need to be pampered every moment of every day — and we still love a good adventure — but there is nothing wrong with splurging on vacation.

One of our favorite things about small boutique hotels is the individuality of each one. Here are ten unique luxury escapes around the world.

Ooo nice! Would love to visit Cappadocia.

I don’t usually go much for luxury (it’s a budget thing) – my idea of luxury is usually a place where I’m not sharing a room with someone. But maybe I ought to splurge a bit more now and again? Then again, I tend to travel for a week at a time maximum at the moment, because of work, which is fine for roughing it a bit.

Definitey something to think about once I’ve exited my current savings mode and I’m travelling long term – something to break up all the budget hostels!

  2. I’ve always wanted to stay in one of the cave resorts of Cappadocia – looks like a cool hotel and a great region.
