Our road trip journey through Northern California and Las Vegas was great for those Instagram-worthy travel photos. See our itinerary here!
An Instagram Journey Through Northern California & Las Vegas
Winter in Northern California
We drove up north over the Christmas break and I took Scott to a few of my favorite high school photography spots. I used to love getting lost in the sticks and would always end up with some great photo ops.
A Quick Trip to Vegas
A last minute decision brought Scott and I to Vegas for one night. Yes, you read that right. We drove five hours each way to stay one night in Vegas, but we had a good reason.
Neither of us are big on gambling or partying until the wee hours of the morning, so Vegas has never really appealed to us, but we decided head that way for a blogging conference and to hang out with a few blogging buddies.
You can’t visit Vegas without gorging yourself at a buffet. This time we tried the Sunday brunch buffet at Aria and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a wide variety of choices for under $30 per person. Some of the buffets we looked at were $60 per person and up!
